At St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary School we promote children living a healthy lifestyle. For parents who wish their children to have a cooked meal at lunchtime, we will serve a school meal that will provide one third of a pupil’s daily requirement of nutrients.

Our delicious and nutritious school meals are cooked on site by our kitchen team.  Each day, we offer two hot meal options (including a vegetarian option), a jacket potato option or a deli option, so there is a varied choice on offer. We are happy cater for specific dietary requirements and special diets. 

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal under a government initiative.  Families of children in Years 3-6 may also be entitled to free school meals.
